The hotel was neat and the service was really good. The hotel staff was helpful and the service was timely. The only problem was of natural light and ventilation. The staff was really helpful. It was a nice stay overall.

Fab customer care told it was 3 star property and I would give just one star for the price I paid for. Very rude staff specifically house keeping guys. Except that it was quite near to Biometric center, rest everything about this hotel and experience was very bad.

Very near to the US consulate... just walkable distance ... great room and cleanliness ... the person who made the stay memorable was the Manager - Mr. Balakrishnan. Things to improve - food variety. Food was not tasty and were not many varieties. Staff need to be more hospitable and friendly ...

1. The phone available in the room was not working and I had to go to the third floor to contact the manager every time. 2. None of the cellular networks (voice/data) were available, thus I had to go out to the road to get even OTP messages. 3. The room had one window which opened into a neighbouring tailoring shop and couldn't be opened throughout our stay. 4. Complementary breakfast is average at best.

I've been here for a business visit and the room provided was pretty huge as per the single occupancy. The desk manager and the staff were always courteous to help. The room was neat and clean, they use to get the cleaned every alternate days. Food served during the breakfast and had dinner couple of times in the hotel was pretty good. Wanted to have the taste of north Indian food and the chef didn't disappoint my taste buds. Overall 5/5 experience. CHEERS !!!
